Digital Twin

What is a digital twin? A digital twin does not act as a replacement for the physical object or service which it represents. Instead, it is a digital replica of the initial “thing,” acting as a vehicle for monitoring and testing around the physical object without actually having to be in close proximity to it This project is a digital twin for implants, such as pacemakers, within the human body that monitors their functionality and the health of the patient. It could monitor consistency in heartbeat (arrhythmia), heart rate, breathing, level of oxygen in the body, battery voltage, and pacing threshold, amongst others. The target audience would be those in the medical profession.
